Mésenchyme
The mésenchyme is opposed to the Parenchyme which indicates fabrics of the noble bodies. The mésenchyme is a fabric considered as a fabric of filling and support.
Embryologiquement it is derived from the Mésoderme. In the area of the head, the mésenchyme drift of cells of the peak neurale which, instead of being different on a neurogenic line, are different like the mesodermic cells.
An architecture mésenchymale supracellulaire can be defined by contrast with the epithelial organization supracellulaire by: - the loss or the absence of interaction between the cells, such as a continuous cellular layer cannot be formed - the absence of apical and side membranes clear - nonpolarized distribution of different organelles and components from the cytosquelette. - Motility even invasivity of these cells
During the development and cancerous progression, the mésenchyme can be an intermediate state with the formation of an epithelial structure starting from an other epithelial structure (épithélio-mésenchymateuse Transition EMT and PUTS)
