Lysergic acid
The acid of lysergic , also called acid D-lysergic, is a precursor for certain numbers of Alcaloïde S of Ergoline which are produced by certain plants of which the Ergot of rye.
The Amide S of the lysergic acid are generally called Lysergamide S and are very widespread as much like Médicament S that like Drogue S Hallucinogène S (LSD)
The lysergic acid is generally produced by Hydrolyze of the lysergamides but one can also synthesize it in Laboratoire.
The lysergic acid is a chiral compound with four Stéréoisomérie S, therefore two enantiomers. The Isomère with the configuration reversed with the carbon 8 atom close to the group of carboxy is called the acid isolysergic. The inversion with carbon 5 close to the nitrogen atom leads to L-lysergic acid and acid L-isolysergique, respectively.
The lysergic acid is listed in table I of the Convention against the illicit traffic of narcotics and psychotropic substances of 1988.
