Luzenac
Luzenac is a common French, located in the department of the Ariège and the area the Midday-Pyrenees. Its inhabitants is called Luzenaciens.
Geography
The commune is famous for its talc career with open sky which is largest in the world. The talc extracted with more than 1600 meters of altitude is conveyed by a cable car to the factory of transformation located at the bottom of the valley several hundred lower meters.
