Luzarches
Luzarches is a Commune Frenchwoman, located in the department of the Val-d'Oise and the area Île-de-France.
Its inhabitants are called Luzarchois (be).
Its name comes from Lusareca .
Geography
The borough is located in the valley of the Ysieux, between the flat of France and the Forêt of Chantilly, to about thirty kilometers in the north of Paris.
It is located on the Chemin of Great Excursion GR1 and is served by the SNCF railway station of Luzarches.

History
The site of Luzarches is of a very old settlement: three sites Neolithic S as well as the remainders of a foundry of the Bronze Age are testimonys.Five establishments occupy the site at the time Gallo-Roman and a necropolis at the time franque.
The village is quoted in 679 and 692 under the name of Lusarca , then in 775 pennies that of Lusareca . the diploma of 775 mentions a church Saint-Like and Saint-Damien, among the goods given by Charlemagne to the monks of the Abbaye of Saint-Denis.
At the end of the 11th century, Hugues, count de Clermont, divides his seigniory at the time of the marriage of his Emma daughter with Mathieu, count de Clermont.
To the the Middle Ages, the ground of Luzarches belongs to the counts de Clermont, of Beaumont and in Bouteiller de Senlis.
At the 12th century, Ascelin founds the Abbaye of Hérivaux.
At the 13th century, Luzarches counts already nearly 2000 inhabitants.
At the 15th century, following the Battle of Azincourt, in 1415, the English count Willoughby receives the ground of Luzarches of the duke of Bedford. Released at the end of the War One hundred Year old, Charles of Orleans recovers his good, but the ground passes by again in foreign hands, those of prince d' Orange.
At the 16th century: August 13rd, 1418 Jean de Dicy says Bureau, captain of Corbeil, Master of the Horse of France constituted in favor of the banker Guillaume Cename a revenue of 300 pounds on the grounds of the Mound of Luzarches, the Ablon-on-Seine and of Be worth-on Barleys. Guillaume Cenami, had married Filippa Rapondi, little girl of Dino Rapondi, adviser of Jean Without Peur. The families Rapondi and Cenami were two important families of bankers originating in Lucques the seigniory having passed into various hands by heritage unable to honor the revenue. Marc and Jacques Cename, the wire of Guillaume, became owner on September 2nd, 1484 of this seigniory after an injunction of Louis XI to put an end to a lawsuit lasting since more than 60 years. Marc CENAME or CENESME bought on March 26th, 1500 the totality of the seigniory of Luzarches.
In 1789, Luzarches belongs to the Molé families and to Cop.
At the 18th century, Luzarches is the third relay of station to the horses on the royal road from Paris to Amiens.
With the Revolution, castles and abbeys are sold like national goods.
It is in Luzarches that is stopped the German offensive on September 3rd 1914.
Luzarches is a borough in primarily rural and residential matter today and has a rather remarkable inheritance.

The Gare of Luzarches is the terminus of one of the branches of the Transilien Paris-North.
