Luxembourg large-ducal family
The large-ducal family Luxembourg should theoretically include the descent dynaste and non-dynaste of the large-duchess Charlotte (1896-1985) and of her husband Felix de Bourbon, prince de Parme.
In the facts, and in the absence of reliable indications on the position dynaste of the sisters and brother of the Jean ex-large-duke, the true “large-ducal family” is consisted of the only descent of this last.
The order of succession with the large-ducal throne, which follows a “semi-salic” primogeniture (see Monarchie#La royal transfer of power), is indicated in fat before the personal identity.
The children of the large-duchess Charlotte and prince Felix have all titulature “Its Highness royal prince N…, prince de Parme”, the predicate of royal highness and the title of prince de Parme being however transmissible only in male line.
