Lussant is a common French, located in the department of the Charente-Maritime and the area Poitou-Charentes.

The church

The commune has a Romance church dating from the end of the 12th century. The first church was then altered several times thereafter: with the 14th century, addition of the current bell-tower, at the 15th century vaults.
