Luke Ward is a fictitious character of the Televised series Newport Beach . He is interpreted by the actor Chris Carmack.

Luke is the oldest son of Carson and Meredith Ward and the brother of Brad and Eric.

Luke was the small-friend of Marissa during years, before Ryan does not come to live with Newport Beach. Luke was also the lover of Julie Cooper (the mother of Marissa), near which it found comfort and love, because he was done rejected by the others because of the homosexuality of his/her father… When Marissa learned the relation between Luke and its mother, it broke contact with both. But following an car accident or Luke failed to die, Marissa forgives him all and Luke moves in Portland with his/her father.
