The Luke Johnson Phone Experiment (telephone Experiment Luke Jonhson) was invented by an inhabitant of the Arizona 27 years to the fair hair hirsutes and the pale dye. September 18th, 2006, Luke Johnson put on line on YouTube a video personal inviting the world to call it on its mobile phone. The goal of the experiment being to see how much people were going to call somebody whom they had ever met.
Since the origin of the experiment, Luke received calls of the whole world. February 6th, 2007, it received 20.000 calls. Thanks to the growing popularity of its experiment, Luke passed on television on CNN, NPR, the Art Fennell show , like on some local chains American. It also was the subject of many press articles written, quotations to the radio and appearances in American magazines, and international. Luke was even seen offering a role in a publicity by Cricket Communications, as well as other opportunities. The enormous volume of daily received calls to failed to push Luke to stop the experiment several times, but it found a means of persevering each time. February 16th, 2007, it received its 100.000ème call.
