Luigi Vanvitelli
Luigi Vanvitelli (born the May 12th 1700 with Naples - died on March 1st 1773 with Caserte) was a architect baroque Italy N of the 18th century, especially known to have built the royal palace of Caserte.
Biography
August 1st Luigi Vanvitelli is the son of the Flemish painter Caspar van Wittel. His/her son Carlo Vanvitelli (Naples, 1739 - 1821) continued his work.
