Lucius Julius Caesar III (135 with 87 av. J. - C.), became consul in -90. He is the author of the Lex Iulia de Civitate Latinis Danda which granted the Roman established among with the citizens of the Italian cities which had not taken the weapons against Rome during the social Guerre.
