Lucien Pays

Lucien Pays (1907-1972), ambassador and politician French.

Normalien, aggregate of letters, arts doctor, Lucien Paye was Minister for the State education of the February 20th 1961 with the April 15th 1962 in the Gouvernement Michel Debré, then high representative of France to the Senegal in 1962, he is the first ambassador of France in popular China of 1964 to 1969. He is first president of the Court of Auditors of 1970 to 1972.

He also chaired the commission of reform of the statute of ORTF of 1968 to 1970.
