Lucien Morisse
Lucien Morisse born the March 9th 1929, dead the September 11th 1970, was the director of the programs with Europe 1 and the managing director of “Disc' AZ”. He discovered many talents: Marino Marini, Dalida, Petula Clark, Christophe, Pascal Danel, Nicole Rieu, Michel Polnareff, Gilles Marchal, Hubert Wayaffe, Micberth, etc
Old discothécaire with rtf, it had been noticed by Pierre Sabbagh which entrusted to him, in 1950, the sound illustration (at the time, ensured on line) of the tv news. Invited in 1956 by the founders of Europe 1 to promote a style of popular and alive radio, it was for much in the success of the young station. Lucien Morisse is especially that which invented, out of radio, the principle of the " Play List". Its idea is of multidiffuser a title in order to make a " of it; tube". The sales of 45 turns will follow… And it goes!
It is him which caused the creation of the emission “For those which like the jazz”, of Daniel Filipacchi and Franck Ténot, then of a program especially intended for the teenagers that he baptized itself “Salut the Buddies”. The April 8th 1961, it marries Dalida after 5 years of common life, but their marriage will last only a few months.
The September 11th 1970, Lucien Morisse commits suicide.
Michel Polnareff composed the song Which killed grandmamma? (1971, album Polnareff' S) in its homage.
