Lucien Hubert , born on August 27th, 1868 with Chesne, deceased on May 18th, 1938 with Charleville, was a French politician.
He became appointed the Ardennes of 1897 to 1912, then senator of the Ardennes of 1912 to 1938.
Lastly, he was Minister for Justice and Vice-président of the Council from November 3rd, 1929 to February 21st, 1930 in the first government of Andre Tardieu.
