Lucien Harmegnies
Lucien Harmegnies was a Belgian Politician , member of the Socialist party, born with Flawinne the February 12th 1916, deceased with Saint-Nicolas-the-Vault (Savoy, France), the February 18th 1994.

- 1961 It is one of rare agents PSB of Charleroi to support André Renard and to adhere to the Walloon Popular movement
- June 17th 1968 - January 21st 1972: Minister of the Interior under the government of Gaston Eyskens
- January 26th 1973 - April 25th 1974: Secretary of State associated with the Foreign Minister, in load of the development co-operation under the government of Edmond Leburton
- 1977 - 1983: first burgomaster of the " Large Charleroi "
