Lucien Gourong

Lucien Gourong is a writer Breton storyteller, born in October 1943 in the island of Groix in a family where one is sailor of wire father.

After a scientific baccalaureat, followed university higher learning (license) in history to the Faculty of Arts of Nantes of 1964-1969, it will be during ten years, owner of a inn-cabaret in the area of Lorient where it will program more than 500 spectacles.

Since thirty-five years, it trimballe its bag of teller through France and the French-speaking world, by telling a world of astonishment, facundity and pleasure, filled up the marvellous one, of strange and jokes where tragedies are mèlent, drôleries, phantasmagorias.

Man of contact, it creates many spectacles around the tales and legends, it is often programmed in many festivals in all France. He is the creator of the festival of the storytellers of Chevilly-Larue and one of the pillars, since 1997, of the festival Etonnants travellers of Saint Malo.

Nearly forty years of bourlingue artistic allowed our sphere-storyteller to cross the road of Gilles Servat, Glenmor, Youenn Gwernig, Paco Ibanez, Claude Piéplu, Ricet Barrier, Per-Jakez Helias, Yvan Audouard, Hubert Reeves, Patrick Raynal, Manu Lannhuel, etc
