Luc Letellier de Saint-Just

honourable the Luc Letellier de Saint-Just (River-Ouelle, May 12th 1820 - Id., January 28th 1881) was Lieutenant-governor of the province of Quebec between 1876 and 1879.

It is known to have relieved the conservative government of Charles-Eugene Boucher of Boucherville in 1878, thing which was perceived by several like a coup d'etat.
