Lowell MacDonald

Lowell MacDonald (born the August 30th 1941 with New Glasgow in Nova Scotia) is a former professional player Canadian of Hockey of the National league of hockey. He played of 1959 with 1978 with hockey as well in the LNH as in minor league.

Career of player

Lowell Mac Donald began his career within LNH during the Saison LNH 1961-62 with the Red Wings de Détroit before making started from an exchange in mass to join the Maple Leafs of Toronto at the end of 1965. Within Red Wings, he almost did not play and passed the major part of his time in the affiliated team in minor league (Hornets de Pittsburgh).

However, it pressed the ice of Maple Leafs forever because it was selected 1967 by the Kings of Los Angeles at the time of the expansion of the LNH.

It carries out two seasons in Kings before the Penguins de Pittsburgh do not seek to acquire it during the summer 1970 but it is wounded at the beginning of the Saison LNH 1970-71 after only 10 matches.
