Lousã is a municipality (in Portuguese: concelho or município ) of the Portugal, located in the District of Coimbra and the area Centers.

Geography

Lousã is bordering:
  • in north, of Villa Nova de Poiares,
  • in the east, of Góis,
  • in south-east, of Castanheira de Pêra,
  • in the south, of Figueiró back Vinhos,
  • in the west, of Miranda C Corvo.

History

The municipality was created in 1513.
