Louise Ebrel

Louise Ebrel is a French Chanteuse of expression Breton. Its repertory is composed of traditional airs of Kan ha diskan and Gwerz. She sings in duet with Denez Prigent when it occurs in concert and regularly with Ifig Flatrès in Kan ha diskan in Fest-noz.

Biography

Girl of Eugenie Goadec (one of the three Sisters Goadec) and of Job Ebrel, itself large singer, it is initiated with the Breton song as of childhood. She occurs on scene for the first time in 1973, with the Fêtes of Cornwall. From there, it connects the services and the meetings.

In 1994, it records a disc of Kan ha diskan with his/her mother, of which it will be the last recording. She connects immediately with an album solo.

She played with Dominique Bouchaud (Celtic Harpe), or Yann-Fañch Kemener. In 2004, it records a new album with Ifig Flatrès, its accomplice of kan ha diskan since 1996, and the musicians Pierrick Tardivel and Philippe Gloaguen: Tre Tavrin ha Sant Voran . For a few years it has occurred regularly with the group Dremmwel, in a concert entitled " A tamm amzer"

Always curious, it takes part in several albums of groups and Breton musicians (Dremmwel, Red Cardell, chimney sweepers of menhirs, and obviously Denez Prigent). It also speaks on behalf of theatrical creations like the Shelter of the Sailor of Alain Meneust.
