Louis de Guiringaud
Louis de Guiringaud (born the October 12th 1911, dead the April 15th 1982) is a diplomat and a politician French.
Biography
After a career in the French diplomatic services (in particular with the the United Nations and as an ambassador of France to the Ghana of 1957 with 1961), he was Foreign Minister of 1976 with 1978 in the government of Raymond Barre.
He started a polemic by allotting the main part of the responsibilities for the Guerre for Lebanon to the Christian militia, his remarks having been in addition deformed in certain newspapers.
He committed suicide with a shotgun.
