Louis d\' Amboise d\' Aubijoux
Louis d' Amboise d' Aubijoux (born in 1536 and deceased in 1614), lord of Aubijoux, was page of the king François Ier during his childhood.

Count d' Aubijoux - To advise state - chamberlain of the duke of Anjou, governor of Albi, Castrate, of Lavaur, and the county of Pézénas. Captain-general of people of war to foot of the legion of Languedoc. Lord and baron of Castelnau-with-Lévis, Graulhet, Sauveterre, Bonnefons, Comminges, Labastide - Monfort, and other places.
Military career
It served with dignity the kings Henri II, François II, Charles IX and Henri III in all the wars which they carried out. It took part between-other in the Bataille of Jarnac (1569) and in the Siège of the La Rochelle (1573). It made the campaigns of Flandres and Piedmont. It was faithful combined of the king Henri III, in Auvergne and in Languedoc, during the wars of religion.
Biography
Born posthumous in June 1536 from Jacques d' Amboise, baron d' Aubijoux, (killed with the head office of Marseilles on May 17th, 1536), and of Hyppolite de Chambes girl of Jean de Chateaubriand.
Louis d' Amboise, count d' Aubijoux, Blanche Maria of Lévis, girl of the Count de Ventadour, on June 12th, 1556. They had 5 children.
He died in his castle of Grauhlet, close to Albi, on October 20th 1614, at the 78 years age.
Its tombstone, classified historic building, is located on the left gate of entry of the church ND of the Valley of Love, in Graulhet, in the Tarn.
The branch of Amboise d' Aubijoux of which it forms part, will die out with the death of his/her small son, François-Jacques d' Amboise, on November 19th, 1656.
