Louis d\' Étampes
Louis , Even of France, count d' Étampes, of Gien and Biscay, lord of Dourdan, Lunel, Gallardon and Aubigny, is a prince capétien, oldest son of Charles († 1336), par of France, count d' Étampes, and of his Marie wife of Cerda († 1379); house of Cerda, connects elder of the royal family of Castille but dispossessed of the throne).
Louis d' Étampes was a first cousin of the king Charles II of Navarre.
He was one of the four princes of blood given like hostages to guarantee the Traité of Brétigny.
He married in 1358 Jeanne de Brienne († 1389); girl of Raoul Ier de Brienne († 1344), Constable of France, count of Have and Guînes, and Jeanne of Mello of which it did not have a child.
Louis d' Étampes died in Paris the May 6th 1400
