Louis Renou , born in 1896 and died in 1966, is one of most important the indianists French of the 20th century with Alain DaniƩlou, Jean Varenne (see French indianists). It provided a capital contribution to the knowledge of the Indian culture of expression sanskrite, by studying it under a great number of aspects.
