Louis Pouzin (born in 1931 with Chantenay-Saint-Imbert, Nievre, France) is a Engineer French in Informatique. It was graduate of Polytechnique in 1950.

For Weather France, he works with the programming of the calculator and conceives an operating system which will remain fifteen years in service.

Pouzin is inventor of the Datagramme and originator of the first network with packet switching, essential innovation of the concept of the network Internet.
