Louis Jorrand
Louis Jorrand , born the August 29th 1756 with Moutier-in Ahun (Digs), dead the June 12th 1845 with Ahun (Digs), is a politician French.
Bachelor of law in 1778, it succeeds his father as notary in 1780. Moderate partisan of the Revolution, he becomes member of the council of his district in 1790, then directory of his department. The September 5th 1792, it is elected appointed the Hollow one, 5th on 7, with the national Convention with 180 votes out of 356 voters.
At the time of the Lawsuit of Louis XVI, it votes in favor of the call to the people and detention. During the Convention thermidorienne, it belongs to the commission named the May 6th 1795 in order to examine the control of Joseph the Good.
Re-elected the 21 Vendémiaire Year IV appointed the Hollow one with the the Council of the Five hundred by 109 votes out of 222 voters, it sits until in the An VI. In this assembly, it is hardly distinguished, intervening only to deliver its opinion on for life ones, created during the depreciation of the paper money.
After the Coup d'etat of the 18 brumaire, he is member of the General advice of Hollow the of the An VIII at 1816, while continuing to follow its occupation of notary.
