Louis Giscard d\'Estaing
Louis Joachim Giscard d'Estaing (born the October 20th 1958 with Paris) is a Politician French; he is the son of Valery Giscard d'Estaing, former President of the French Republic, and Anne-Aymone Sauvage of Brantes.
After a passage at LVMH, it begins a political career at 40 years last.
Deputy since 2002, it is re-elected the June 17th 2007, for XIIIe legislature (2007 - 2012), in the 3rd district of the Puy-de-Dôme. He is member of the Political party UMP.

- June 19th 1995 - March 18th 2001 : Member of the Municipal council of Royat (Puy-de-Dôme).
- Assistant of the Mayor then Mayor of Chamalières since the May 17th 2005 following the death of Claude Wolf.
- Appointed of the 3rd district of the Puy-de-Dôme since the June 19th 2002 re-elected with the second turn with 53% of the voices the June 16th 2007.

- General secretary of the UMP of the Puy-de-Dôme.
- Member of the French section of the parliamentary Parliament of the Francophonie
