Louis Favoreu
Louis Favoreu , born the September 5th 1936 with Lucq-with-Béarn (Yrénées-Atlantiques), deceased on September 1st 2004 with Aix-en-Provence (Rhone delta) was professor of constitutional Law.
He taught with the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence, of which he was senior. He was also president of the Université of Aix-Marseilles III. Specialist recognized in the Constitutional council it was often consulted on the relative questions at this organization, as well in France as abroad. He was vice-president of the Constitutional court of Bosnia-Herzégovine after the civil war.
He is the founder of the French Revue of constitutional law .
