Louis Ducatel

Louis Ducatel , born with Frévent (Pas-de-Calais) on March 13rd 1902 and deceased on June 28th 1999, was an engineer and mainly known French contractor to have been today candidate with the presidency of the Republic in 1969. It obtained 286.447 votes with the first turn and was thus eliminated for the second turn.
