Jean-Baptiste Louis Boulanger , born with Verzy in 1812, died with Romainville in 1878 is a French painter.
Louis Boulanger was a distinguished artist, who had improved in contact with Eugene Delacroix. He had obtained medals with our living rooms, where he pointed out himself by genre paintings of a delicate taste and by portraits, flowers and landscapes.
One owes him, amongst other things, the portrait of Honore de Balzac in her famous white dressing gown
The Company of the Friends of Arts of Rheims exposed charming works of Baker. Its tables were extremely appreciated experts, and much pointed out sights of Fontainebleau, Lorraine and Marne.
It made moreover, it is already a long time, a certain number of work of decoration, inter alia with the Small-Seminar, the old Theater, the Harlem coffee.
