Lost north

Northern lost is a test of Nancy Huston, published in 1999 with the editions Actes Sud.

In this test written in French, Nancy Huston, novelist and Canadian essay writer anglophone, approaches the difficulties and the challenges which the expatriation and bilingualism present. It is concentrated on the various problems raised by the fact of living in a country in which one was not born, to adopt the language and the habits of them, to raise children there.
