Biography
It gains the world title as of its first season in Championnats of the world speed 125 cm ³ in 1990 and confirms by a new title the following year that the chance is not there for nothing. Passed with the higher category, it finishes the season in the 2nd place.
After having spent two years in 500 cm ³, it returns in 1997 in 250 cm ³ and gains the world title the following year over a Aprilia. Thanked by its employer for a collision with his fellow-member Tetsuya Harada, it goes to Honda and finishes 2nd championship before again joining the queen category of 500 cm ³. After a first season when it finishes 7th, it finishes 3rd season 2001. Remained over one two times, it is dominated by the news four times at the time of the season 2002.
It joined in 2003 the Italian stable of Ducati, carrying out a remarkable season with a victory, the first for its new mark, and finishing 3rd championship. Unfortunately, these promises are not followed in 2004 when it only finishes 9th.
