Lorenzo Bartolini
Lorenzo Bartolini , sculptor Florentin, (Tuscan January 7th 1776 with Vernio in - January 20th 1850 with Florence).
It studied with Paris under François-Frederic Lemot, and was, on the recommendation of Vivant Denon, charged by Napoleon I {{er}} with founding a school of sculpture to Carrare, became professor with the Academy of the Art schools of Florence and correspondent of the Institut of France.
