Lord of bowsprit
The lord of Beaupré is a sparkling white wine.
One distinguishes 2 types of " Sire" : Medium dry wine (green): fruity and subtle, it will enchant you as of first glass. To empty a bottle of this nectar will not be a problem at the time of an aperitif for example. Crude (red): raspier, this variation pains a little by its lack of taste. Broadly less succeeded than the medium dry wine, it will take its place among the " habitués" of the Lord. Finely conditioned in a bottle out of glass, alone its plastic stopper will betray its origins commoners. Product of call par excellence, the " Large Sire" , its statute of head of gondole deserves amply.
