Loperhet

Loperhet ( Breton Loperc' hed in ) is a common department of the Finistere, in the area Brittany, in France.

History

The first mention of Loperhet goes back to 1218.

One knows the following mentions of his name during the history:

Loco Sanctae Brigidae (1218), Latin form, in reference to Holy-Brigitte ( Breton Berc' hed in ), former abbess of the canton of Kildare in Ireland.
