Lonza (river)

The Lonza is a river of Suisse, affluent of the the Rhone. It runs at the bottom of the valley of Lötschental to join the the Rhone on the level of the village of Steg. It takes its source with the Langgletscher, with the foot of the Bietschhorn (3934 m), of the Hockenhorn (3293 m), of Wilerhorn (3307 m) and Petersgrat (3205 m). It measurement 22 km of its source at its entry in the Rhone with the dimension of 636 m/m.
