Long-lived Salicorne
The long-lived salicorne ( Sarcocornia perennis ) is a perennial plant, close to the Salicorne S, but which does not form any more part of the Salicornia . It is rather a sub-shrub which a herbaceous plant, and she saw herself giving several names:
- Salicornia perennis Millet., 1768
- perennial Arthrocnemum (Millet.) Moss, 1948.
It is now attached to the kind Sarcocornia .
It is a plant of the littoral, saline Marais or strikes stony. The sheets are reduced to scales, the stems become woody and are coloured with time.
