The London Scottish Football Club is a club of Rugby English founded in 1878 with the MacKay' S Tavern of London. It depends at the same time on the federations English and Scottish. The club rests on the same principle as the London Irish and the London Welsh, it represents the Scot " exilés" in London.
After the fusion of the professional section with the London Irish, division amateur sets out again in bottom of the scale of English Rugby. The club evolves/moves today in London Division 1, that is to say the fifth division, and reaches the fourth division (Division 3) at the conclusion of the season 2006-07. It divides the ground of the Athletic Ground with the Richmond FC.
