Loigny-the-Battles is a common French, located in the department of Eure-et-Loir and the area Center.

History

The village was the place of a battles opposing close to: 40000 French soldiers with: 35000 Prussian soldiers on December 2nd 1870 and which made close to: 9000 dead.
