Lohar

The Lohars are old a Indian Caste having their fasteners among the Kshatriya.

History

Historically, Lohars were Forgeron S established in the town of Chitor. In 1568, this city was besieged by the Musulman S led by Large Moghol Akbar. Refusing to go, the inhabitants were made massacre. Those d´entre-them which came from to s´enfuir would have made five wishes, of which those never not to return in this city and more never not to live in a house .

Since, they became wandering blacksmiths that l´on finds on the roads of the the Rajasthan (more particularly between Udaipur and Jaipur). Today, it is not any more of the weapons that they make, but ustensils domestic (equivocal, spoons, forks, etc…).
