Lode Runner
Lode Runner is a video game which was developed by Douglas E. Smith then published in 1983 by Brøderbund. It takes again the concepts introduced by Space Panic .
The player incarnates a character evolving/moving in a made decoration of scales, walls and footbridges of bricks. The goal of the player is to collect the ingots disseminated on these footbridges. Once all are acquired, the purpose of it is to escape by joining the top of the highest scale. The player with the capacity to dig bricks located on the ground around him - that is sometimes necessary to recover the ingots. Lastly, if the player is in a situation where it cannot move any more, it loses (for example, if it is surrounded by two walls prohibiting to him to dig like moving, while there is no scale at this place. On the other hand, it does not fear the falls.
