the Vault Saint-Colomban: Built with the borough, at the end of the 15th century, in joint ownership and in the north of the church Saint-Saver, this vault disappeared, but its principal frontage and its pinnacle were preserved.
- the Notre-Dame vault of Plaskaer: Located in full center town, a place of prayers would have existed on its site as of the 11th century. The current vault dates from the 16th century. It is registered with the additional inventory of the Historic buildings since October 16th, 1930 but, before it knew an agitated existence. During the Revolution, the vault is transformed into deposit of material and is used during some time as decadal temple. In 1804, the municipality makes kill the upper part of the bell-tower and replaces it by the “ réchaud ” current. At the beginning of the 20th century the building escapes the demolition.
- the Saint-Erlan vault: At the exit of Locminé, in top of the coast which leads to Bignan, a vault rose before. In 1514, the place was called “ place of Saint-Regnan ”. Thereafter the name evolves/moves as Saint-Renan, then Saint-Rene. In 1706, the sanctuary was still upright. It disappeared with an unspecified date.
- the vault of the Trinity: Located at the borough this vault was called before vault Holy-Brigitte, because dedicated to large holy Irish contemporary and adviser of Gildas saint. This first building would have been built about the 12th century. One still found mention of it about 1500. The Sanctuaire is rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century. During the Revolution, the vault is closed and is used as store of Fourrage or with the lodging of the troops of passage. Reallocated with the Catholic worship , then transformed a little later into class of school in May 1803, the vault then is consolidated then repaired. Then it is restored with the Factory parochial in 1806 and used two to three times per annum only for the worship. In 1888, some locminois wishes to see closing down the vault to transform it into market hall for the sale of the grains. This option is not retained. They are only 20 years later that the problem of the existence of the vault re-appears because since the separation of the Church and the State, the vault belongs to the commune. But the vault is in a lamentable state and on November 21st, 1916, after the collapse of a wall, the Municipal council decides his demolition.
- the vault of the True-Cross: This vault was built in 1609 by Jacques Rio, Recteur of Locminé, to shelter a authentic Relique of the cross of the Calvaire and to serve the Frairie of Tréhoret. It was located on the road of Auray, at the exit of the town of Locminé. A fountain was placed near the building. Safeguarded after the disappearance of the vault it was transplanted on the place Anne of Brittany, with a site now called Placid Square Kerrand. Closed with the Revolution, the vault was reopened on September 10th, 1802 and receipt a new bell on September 8th, 1808. Thereafter a forgiveness was regularly organized there each year. It will be removed in 1911, more being very attended. The Municipalité decides into 1935 to close down the vault. Its demolition will intervene in 1937.
Martyrdoms
One finds eight martyrdoms on the commune of Locminé:- the martyrdom of granite, near to the church Saint-Saver, was transferred there after the rebuilding from the sanctuary. It rose before in Clandy. This cross is registered with the additional Inventory of the Historic buildings since June 6th, 1933.
- With the cemetery one can see two large granite crosses, without Christ.
- a cross of granite vis-a-vis the coffee “ With the bridge of the chat ”, on the road of Saint-Anne d' Auray.
- a martyrdom on the road of Bignan, in the private garden of 14 ter rue Pierre Guillemot.
- two martyrdoms known as “ small Prêtre ”, on the road of Baud. They point out the assassination of a young priest named Jean-Marie Dastumer, assassinated in the vicinity.
- the martyrdom of the True-Cross, on the road of Auray, was set up on the site of the vault of the place, shortly after its demolition, to perpetuate the memory of it.
