Lobsang Yeshe
Lobsang Yeshe (1663 - 1737) was the 5th Panchen LAMA.
In 1662, the 4th Panchen LAMA died in 91 years. In 1665, following a request of the Monastery of Tashilhunpo, the 5th Dalaï Lama (1617 - 1682) recognized a child of the area of Tsang like the reincarnation of the precedent Panchen LAMA and the name of Lobsang Yeshe gave him. The 5th Dalaï Lama thus initiated the line of reincarnation of the Panchen LAMA to which it allotted the title the emanation of the Buddha Amitabha and offered the Monastery of Tashilhunpo. To finish the construction of the Palate of the Potala, the regent Sangyé Gyatso respected the wishes of the 5th Dalaï Lama and maintained the secrecy on his death during 12 years, until he heard that a boy of My Tawang had remarkable capacities. He sent his assistants in the area and in 1688, the child was brought to Nankartse, close to Lhassa where he received an instruction of teachers engaged by the regent Sangyé Gyatso until in 1697 date where he officialized the death of 5th and the discovery of the 6th Dalaï Lama (1682 - 1706). Sangyé Gyatso invited then the 5th Panchen LAMA, Lobsang Yeshe, in Nankartse, where this last conferred the wishes of monk of beginner at the young person Dalaï Lama and the Buddhist name Tsangyang Gyatso gave him. In 1697, at 14 years, Tsangyang Gyatso was established as a 6th Dalaï Lama with Lhassa. In 1701, Lhazang Khan have a conflict with Sangyé Gyatso and killed it, which disturbed the young person Dalaï Lama who gave up his monastic studies. The 6th Dalaï Lama returned then visit to the Panchen LAMA to Shigatse, will requiérra its forgiveness, and renonça with its wishes of monk of beginner. He will die in 1706 at the time of a voyage towards China. In 1720, the 7th Dalaï Lama (1708 - 1757) was established with the Palate of the Potala. Little before, the 5th Panchen LAMA had conferred to him the wishes of monk beginner and his Buddhist name, Kelzang Gyatso. In 1726, in the month of Saga Dawa considered as auspicieux, the 5th Panchen LAMA conferred the complete ordination of monk to him. The 5th Panchen LAMA was also one of the professors of the 7th Dalaï Lama Kelzang Gyatso from whom it learned the major Buddhist philosophical treaties, and controlled the whole of will soutras and of will tantras.
In 1713, the Manchu emperor , Kangxi offered the title of Erdini to the 5th Panchen LAMA, Lobsang Yeshe. Erdini is a Mongolian word of the language which means " invaluable joyau". It is about an eulogistic title divided by the many ones spangled Mongolian.
The emperors Mandchou of the dynasty of the Qing venerated the Dalaï Lama as spiritual guides their offered their support in the spirit of the report/ratio of existing priest-owner between them. In 1792, in answer at the request of the government Tibetan, the Manchu emperor sent a great force to help the army Tibetan to push back the Gorkha invaders. The same year, a system was instituted to choose the reincarnations tops spangled by drawing lot. There is no historical obviousness showing that the drawing lot was established to choose the reincarnations of Dalaï Lama and Panchen LAMA. Moreover, the Mandchous of the dynasty of the Qing were distinct central Asian people Buddhist, a foreign power occupying China. The Chinese themselves identify the Mandchous like a foreign force of trade. In 1911, when the nationalist revolution reversed the dynasty Qing Mandchou S, Dr. Sun Yat-SEN indicated that the China had been occupied by twice by foreign powers: initially by the Yuan S and in the second place by the Qing S. Aussi, the Gouvernement Tibetan in exile did not accept the Chinese complaints allegedly inherited the historical report/ratio of priest-owner between Tibet and the Manchus.
