The loan not-work is a loan delivered by the organizations of the 1% Housing. This loan makes it possible to finance renovation works, of enlarging or embellishment in the Main home under advantageous conditions: heating, insulation, windows, roof, wall linings or of the grounds, plumbing, electricity, elevator, adaptation of housing to the handicap, rough-casting…

Characteristics

The loan not-work is:

of an maximum amount of 8.000 € (or 9.600 € under condition of resources)
one duration which can go up to 10 years
at the rate of 1,5%/year except voluntary insurances
without expenses of file

The loan not-work is opened with all the employees of the private sector and with reprocessed since less than 5 years of the same sector, that they are tenants or owners, in house or Copropriété. Work must be realized by a company or carried out within the framework of an operation with the association Castors Northern France (association of information, councils and services for the construction and the improvement of its housing, which allows in particular grouped purchases of material).

The loans not-work are opened at paid small companies not pouring the “1% Housing”. Specific methods of the loan not-work are planned for the residences in degraded joint ownerships and the adaptation of the housing of handicapped people.
