Loïc Philip
Loïc Philip , born in 1932, wire of the politician and law professor Andre Philip, is professor of history of the political ideas to the Université of Aix-Marseilles, and chair French company of public finances. He is author of two books on his father, the bases constitutional of public finances, public finances, the exercise of the financial power of the Parliament, social finances, history of the facts econoic and social of 1800 to our days, European social right, the great decisions of the constitutional council, the constitutional council, history of the political thought in France of 1789 to our days, the organic ordinance of January 2nd, 1959 relating to the finance laws, regional courts of the accounts, constitutional revenue duty, and of an encyclopedic dictionary of public finances.
