Little story
The little story is the description of the Histoire centered on the Anecdote S and the details, thus illustrating this one often in an ironic way .
Contexts
It is often introduced into the texts descriptive, encyclopedic or even oral examinations and didactic by the expression “ For the little story,… ” or “ For the anecdote,… ”.
The purpose of it is often to tell a detail of an event or life of a person in order to illustrate a specific or ironic character of a situation, or quite simply to break the monotony of a talk by showing a concrete detail.
Nevertheless, it happens sometimes that under the term “little story” hides in fact simply a urban Légende which is hawked continuously and shown like true (at the time of course to pupils for example).
