The legislative elections of 1986 having taken place with the poll proportional of list departmental, the framework of the districts had been removed for these elections.
The list PS, carried out by Jean-Marie Bockel, arrived at the head and obtained two elected officials:

The list RPR, carried out by Pierre Weisenhorn, placed second and obtained it also two elected officials:

List of the deputies elected under IVe Republic
Legislature 1956-1958
The elections took place with the poll proportional of list, with possibility of political alliances between several lists. The lists MRP, and social CNIP-republicans (ex-RPF) obtained the totality of the six seats concerned following a political alliance between them having exceeded the absolute majority of the votes cast.
The list MRP, carried out by the mayor of Colmar Joseph Rey, obtained five elected officials:

- Henri Ulrich, general adviser of Habsheim

Legislature 1951-1956
The elections took place with the poll proportional of list, with possibility of political alliances between several lists. The political alliances concluded between certain lists not having exceeded the absolute majority from the voices, the distribution of the seats took place with the proportional one.
The list RPF, arrived at the head, obtained three elected officials:

Second constituent Assembly June 1946 - November 1946
The elections organized for the election of a new constituent assembly took place after the failure of the referendum proposing a first constituent project, supported by PCF and the SFIO, in May 1946. The elections took place with the poll proportional of list, without possibility of political alliance between several lists.
The list MRP arrived at the head and obtained four elected officials:

- Joseph Wasmer, appointed outgoing, assistant with the mayor of Mulhouse
- Andre Bas, appointed outgoing.

The list SFIO obtained two elected officials:

- Edouard Richard, appointed outgoing, former mayor of Colmar.
First constituent assembly November 1945 - June 1946
The elections at the first constituent assembly were organized with the proportional secondary road, without possibility of political alliance. The constitution project worked out by this assembly with majority PCF/SFIO was rejected by referendum in May 1946, involving the election of a new constituent assembly in June 1946.
The list MRP arrived at the head and obtained three elected officials:
- Joseph Wasmer assistant of the mayor of Mulhouse
- Andre Bas.
The list SFIO obtained two elected officials:

- Edouard Richard, appointed outgoing, mayor of Colmar.
Finally the list of Union gaullist, supporting the constitutional proposals of the de Gaulle general, obtained an elected official:

List of the deputies elected under IIIe Republic
The legislative elections were with the majority poll of district with two turns of 1928 to 1936. From 1919 to 1928 the deputies were elected with the departmental poll propotionnel.

- the elected deputies Joseph Pink and Eugene Ricklin, both separatists close to catholic party UPR, were invalidated following their judgment (broken later) during the lawsuit of Colmar. Marcel Stürmel, autonmist member of the UPR, was elected in Altkirch in replacement and with the support of Eugene Ricklin. In the same way in Colmar, Rene Hauss, separatist member of Landespartei, was elected with the support of Joseph Pink.

the deputy Joseph Pfleger, member of the catholic party " national" APNA since its separation of with the UPR at the end of 1928, was elected senator in 1929. At the time of the by-election organized to provide the seat, the candidate of the APNA Joseph Rieder overrode the candidate of the UPR.
Legislature 1924-1928
The legislative elections of 1924 were organized with the poll proportional of list. They marked at the national level the victory of the " Trust of the lefts " of center-left. In Haut-Rhin the list of the " National Block " , made up of the UPR and the democratic party, gained all the seats.

- Paul the Jordan, appointed outgoing Democrat (started from center-right of Protestant tradition), mayor of Altkirch

- Charles Scheer, appointed outgoing Democrat (started from center-right of Protestant tradition)
- Joseph Silbermann, UPR (Left Catholic Alsatian).
- Joseph Brom, UPR (Left Catholic Alsatian), general adviser of Hirsingue
- Gustave Burger, Democrat (started from center-right of Protestant tradition).

The legislative elections of 1919 were organized with the poll proportional of list. They marked at the national level the victory of the " National Block " of center-right. In the Low-Rhine the list of the " National" block; , made up of the UPR and the democratic party, gained all the seats.
