List Russian and Austrian units having taken part in the battle of Austerlitz

This article gives a list of the Russian units and Austrian having taken part in the Bataille of Austerlitz, and their site at the beginning of the battle.

Battle order

In north: Bagration body

    • Dolgoroukov brigade: 1804 hunter S in two regiments (5th and 6th regiments/6 battalions in all)

    • brigade Kamenski II: 1947 men; Regiment of Arkhangelgorod/3 battalions.
    • Engelhardt brigade: 4.000 men; regiments of Old woman-Ingrie and Pskov/6 battalions in all.
    • Wittgenstein brigade: 1434 hussard S (regiments Pavlograd & Marioupol/20 squadrons in all)
    • Voropaitzki brigade: 1678 Cuirassier S and dragon S. Régiment Cuirassiers of the Tsar (566 men, 5 squadrons), Dragons of Tver (632 men, 5 squadrons) and of St Petersbourg (480 men, 3 squadrons)

    • Czaplitz brigade: 450 cossacks in 3 regiments (15 will escdarons in all)
    • 18 parts of all gauges including 6 guns of 6 books and 6 unicorns of 10 books.

In the center: Kollowrath

Russian division Miloradevitch (Novgorod regiments, Apcheron, Smolensk and Grenadiers of Small Russia/12 battalions in all + 2 Austrian companies of Dragons to Foot of the Jean Archduke)

    • brigade Monakhtin (avant-garde): 906 Musketeer S.
    • Berg brigade: 1.001 pomegranates.
    • Repninsky brigade: 958 men.

Austrian division Kollowrath

    • Rottermund brigade: 3.944 men (1 regiment with 6 battalions + 2 regiments with 1 battalion)
    • Jurczik brigade: 4.800 men (8 regiments with 1 battalion + 3 companies of Hunters of Vienna).
