Lishui

Lishui (丽水; Pinyin: Líshuǐ) is a city of the south-west of the province of the Zhejiang in China. Its jurisdiction is bordering on those of Quzhou, Jinhua and Taizhou in north, Wenzhou in south-east, and of the province of the Fujian in south-west. Lishui means “beautiful water” in Chinese.

Administrative divisions

The city-prefecture of Lishui exerts its jurisdiction on nine subdivisions - a district, a city-county, six counties and a autonomous county  :
  • the district of Liandu - 莲都区 Liándū Qū   ;
  • the town of Longquan - 龙泉市 Lóngquán Shì   ;
  • the county of Jinyun - 缙云县 Jìnyún Xiàn   ;
  • the county of Qingtian - 青田县 Qīngtián Xiàn   ;
  • the county of Yunhe - 云和县 Yúnhé Xiàn   ;
  • the county of Suichang - 遂昌县 Suíchāng Xiàn   ;
  • the county of Songyang - 松阳县 Sōngyáng Xiàn   ;
  • the county of Qingyuan - 庆元县 Qìngyuán Xiàn   ;
  • the autonomous county she of Jingning - 景宁畲族自治县 Jǐngníng shēzú Zìzhìxiàn .

Those are still divided into 64 boroughs (including a borough of minority She), 128 ethnic cantons (including 6 cantons of minority she) and 5 under-districts.
