Lipar , in Serb Cyrillic Липар, is a locality of Serbia located in the autonomous province of Voïvodine. It belongs to the municipality of Kula in the district of Bačka Western. In 2002, it counted: 1807 inhabitants, of which a majority of Serb.

Lipar is officially classified among the villages of Serbia.
