Lionel Tardy is a politician French, born the June 7th 1966 with Annecy-the-Old man (Haute-Savoie).

Biography

Data processing specialist of profession, Lionel Tardy is managing services company and data processing consultants LTI (Lionel Tardy Informatique). He invested himself in the organizations of professional repesentation while becoming vice-president in charge of the service sector of CGPME of Haute-Savoie, then president as from November 2005. He resigned of the presidency of the CGMPE Haute-Savoie, in January 2007, to present itself to the legislative elections.

Although beginner in policy, it was elected appointed the June 17th 2007, for XIIIe legislature (2007 - 2012), in the 2 {{E}} district of Haute-Savoie by beating, with the second round, the outgoing deputy Bernard Bosson (PSLE) with 55,51% of the votes. Its election against an outstanding personality of the Savoyard political life is explained in particular by the semi-official support from which it profited on behalf of many elected officials of UMP, rancorous towards Mr. Bosson for his tepid and late support for Nicolas Sarkozy at the time of the presidential election.

Elected official under label “Various right-hand side”, it sits however in the group UMP with the National Assembly. He is Member of the Commission of the economic affairs, the environment and the territory.

He pointed out himself on October 18th, 2007 during the budgetary discussion 2008 while making adopt an amendment making it possible to the chiefs of SME to reduce to them STF to the amount of the sums which they invest during five years in their company. This diposition raised some reserves in the rows of the left and on the same benches of UMP.
